Wrist is made up of small bones like structure called carpals. Carpals are very tendons and have nerve inside covered by a ligament, which holds it in place.
Causes: Repetitive motion of wrist can damage it and causes the pain. Day to day activities like using cell phone, typing, lifting, using equipment that vibrates the hand and Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. An average of 3 percent American suffers from this syndrome. While other comman cause of wrist pain may includes Sprains and strains, Tendinitis, Arthritis, Gout and pseudogout.
Sign and symptoms: Most of people with wrist pain any experience various symptoms including the area of muscle and nerve extended to the wrist. Some signs that people usually reports are:
- Mild and continue wrist pain
- Pain while carrying any objects

- Inability to straighten or flex the joint

Diagnosis: Diagnosis of wrist pain requires a comprehensive medical history and physical examination, followed often by an imaging test, usually an X-ray, computed tomography (CT) scan or magnetic resonance imaging (MRI).
Treatment: Treatment of wrist pain entirely depends on the causes and diagnosis. It can include some combination of activity modification, hand therapy, anti-inflammatory medicine and/or steroid injections.
